The Broomfield Event Center will be the home to new Central Hockey League and NBA Development League franchises. The facility features 24 luxury suites, 2 club suites and 900 club seats.
The 180,000-square-foot events center is part of Wiens Frew Management Group's 206-acre, mixed-use Arista project including apartments and businesses. ICON Venue Group is the owner’s representative for Wiens Development, a joint venture of Wiens Capital Management LLC, owned by Tim Wiens, and the Frew Management Group LLC, owned by John Frew, developers of the Broomfield Event Center. Tim Romani of ICON Venue Group is currently serving as Principal in Charge and Dan Vaillant, Vice President of ICC, served as Project Executive as a subcontractor to ICON.
